Description

This RFP is being issued by Provincial Health Services Authority to identify a Proponent to enter into a non-exclusive Contract between a Proponent and the six BC Health Authorities for the supply of full Software License Lifecycle Management Services ("SLLM Services") and Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider Services ("LSP Services") (collectively, "Services"), as described in the attached Request for Proposal documents.

A Proponent must be a certified Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider ("Microsoft LSP") authorized by Microsoft to provide LSP Services to Canadian organizations as of the date the Proponent submits a Proposal in response to this RFP. Failure to maintain certification as a Microsoft LSP in good standing during the Competitive Selection Process will lead to disqualification, and, if a Proponent has been awarded the Contract prior to losing their certification, termination of the Contract.
