INVITATION TO TENDER

TOWN OF SHEDIAC

2018 THREE QUARTER (3/4) TON TRUCK
CONTRACT No. TS21-28286

Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, for supply and delivery of one (1) only new not previously used 2021 model three quarter (3/4) ton truck will be received until 2:00:00 p.m., Friday, March 19, 2021 by the Town of Shediac, 290 Main Street, Unit 300, Shediac, NB E4P 2E3.

Tender documents are available only from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON)
website (http://www.gnb.ca/tenders/).

A public opening of tenders will take place at the Town of Shediac offices immediately
following the close of the tendering period. No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Crown Construction Act, Regulation 82-109 amended.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
