Description

The District of North Vancouver ("the District") invites Qualification Submissions ("Submissions") from Civil Contractors ("Respondents") interested in being prequalified to construct small-to-medium sized civil infrastructure projects. Payment for this work will be on a time and materials basis using force account rates established in this RFSO.

Illustrative examples of this on demand type of work include (but are not limited to): concrete works (sidewalks, stairs, curb and gutter, bus pads, etc...), retaining walls, excavation and material hauling, storm and sanitary sewer works, waterworks, stream channel works, culverts, debris barriers, riprap placement, pathways, fibre and electrical conduit, roadway lighting, etc.
