Description

The Greater Victoria School District #61 wishes to retain the services of a qualified Construction Management firm to work with the School District, its Architect, and Sub-Consultants for the upcoming window replacement Phase 4 project at Mount Douglas Secondary School.

There is a non-mandatory site visit on March 9, 2021 at 10:30:00 a.m. at the school site located at 3970 Gordon Head Road, Victoria.

Work on-site is expected to begin in July, 2021 and is to be substantially completed by
August 31, 2021. The total construction estimate is four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000.00).

Proposals must be received in the Purchasing Services office no later than 2:00:00 p.m. local time, March 30, 2021.

The Greater Victoria School District reserves the right to reject any or all submissions. Proposals which contain qualifying conditions or otherwise fail to conform to the Request for Proposal documents may be rejected.
