Project: Request for Proposal (RFP) for Doors, Exterior Doors and Finish Hardware

You are invited to submit a proposal to Hatchard Engineering on behalf of St. Thomas University to supply and deliver to site all Doors, Exterior Door Frames & Finish Hardware as specified in the RFP documents
Summary of Work:
1. This contract includes but not limited to the supply of all materials for all metal and wood doors, all exterior door frames, and all associated door hardware as per the herein drawings and specifications and as follows:
1. Should there be a discrepancy between this summary of work and the drawings and specifications, this summary of work shall supersede.
2. Include to supply and deliver to site all wood doors, all metal doors, all exterior thermally broken door frames and all door hardware, including automatic door operators, for both wood and metal doors as indicated on the drawings, sketches and specifications.
3. All new interior pressed steel frames have been purchased and are presently being installed. Coordinate the doors and hardware with these frames and existing frames. Allow for site visits to field measure all door frames (new and existing) to ensure that new doors and hardware will fit in these door frames.
4. Include for all factory door machining for hardware.
5. Include all noted door glass.
6. Include for all door reinforcing required for hardware.
7. All new wood doors to be factory finished.
8. Installation of all doors and finish hardware is by others.
9. All wireless locks are supplied by owner and installed by others. Doors to be machined for wireless locks.
10. Hardware and doors required on site May 26, 2021 (or as agreed upon with the project manager).
Terms and Conditions:
.1 Tenders will be received on behalf of St. Thomas University until 2:30 p.m. (AST), March 31, 2021. Bidders will submit electronic copies of the completed Tender Form "A" and any other document that is required to be submitted as part of this tender. These documents are to be completed in their entirety, scanned, and submitted to ierhallprojectsubmissions@gmail.com">van

Tender Closing Time. It is imperative that the project number and name be identified in the Subject Line of the email. If it is not, then your bid will not be received.
