Bids are solicited for the Jessie Lee Childcare Renovation, located at 2124/2128 154 Street, Surrey, BC. The scope of work generally includes interior and exterior renovation including new partition walls, new exterior cladding, new doors and windows, new mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems, new electrical power & systems, new lighting, new sprinkler and Civil and Landscape site upgrades.

Project Information Session (PIS) on Thursday, April 8, 2021, at 1 p.m. via MS Teams. Please inform Deborah Gomersall of your email address to be added to the meeting invitation two days before the PIS.

The Site Visit will be held in two groups on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. Group 1 at 9:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. and Group 2 at 10:30 a.m. till 11:30 a.m. Meeting at the entrance to Jessie Lee Daycare (formerly Peninsula Child Care), located at 2124/2128 154 Street, Surrey, BC. Allow approximately 1 hour for the site visit. To register for Group 1 or 2, email Deborah Gomersall.  Attendance at this meeting is strongly encouraged. During the site visit all Contractors are required to confirm existing site and building conditions. Claims for additional costs will not be entertained with respect to existing conditions that could have been reasonably ascertained by a detailed inspection of the site.

Due to Covid-19, all attendees at the Site Visit will be required to complete the 'Daily Health Check'.
