Notice is hereby given that PROVINCIAL HEALTH SERVICES AUTHORITY ("PHSA") acting on its own behalf and as agent for each of FRASER HEALTH AUTHORITY, INTERIOR HEALTH AUTHORITY, NORTHERN HEALTH AUTHORITY, VANCOUVER COASTAL HEALTH AUTHORITY and VANCOUVER ISLAND HEALTH AUTHORITY (collectively with PHSA, the "Health Authority(s)"), , intends to directly award non-volume committed contracts to the following suppliers to provide certain Intravenous Sets and Solutions for a term expiring November 30, 2023 or until completion of a competitive process for this category, whichever occurs first, at an estimated total value of $23.95M.

PHSA, as agent for the Health Authority(s) has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process herein

to ensure the continued supply of these essential Intravenous Sets and Solutions to the Health Authority(s) with stable pricing during the above term.

It is to be noted that the contracts intended to result from these direct awards are in addition to and outside of the scope of the recent onboard to HealthPro contracts #02449, #02450, #02452 and #02453.
Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Ahmed Sabbir, Buyer by email to before 2:00pm Pacific Time, April 19, 2021 PHSA will review any and all challenges received by this date and provide due consideration to each.
