Description

The goal of the project is to replace the existing CMMS systems with a modern system that manages all aspects of the maintenance, assets, inventory and resources associated with wastewater treatment plant and transmission system, and to allow the ACRWC to manage its asset lifecycles from a single application.

The ACRWC is currently using CentralSquare’s WorkTech Pearl web-based application to manage the work, assets, and inventory of the wastewater treatment plant. Pearl is also integrated into the financial system (Microsoft Dynamics GP) and a custom Capital Planning app (Capital Tools).

Review and understanding of the previous CMMS.
• Develop data conversion plan to migrate selected data from the existing system to the new CMMS.
• Install and configure the new CMMS.
• Populate the new CMMS with data from Pearl.
• Train ACRWC staff on the administration and use of the new CMMS.
