Description

Notice is hereby given by the City of Burnaby of its intent to contract with THOMCO SUPPLY
LTD. for the supply and delivery of cathodic protection system repairs & replacement on an "as required" basis for the period May 01, 2021 - July 31, 2021.

The estimated total amount of this contract is $112,000 CAD plus applicable taxes.

The City of Burnaby did not call for competitive proposals for the following reasons:

· The vendor has experienced technicians with NACE CP1/CP2 qualifications;
· The vendor is capable of supplying all parts involved for the repair and/or
replacement of the test stations; and
· The vendor has specific knowledge as it relates to the existing test stations and has
demonstrated experience in the installation of test stations.

Companies wishing to object to this decision should EMAIL a letter of objection presenting
specific reasons for their objection by 3:00 p.m., local time, April 27, 2021.
