Description

There is approximately 38,000 sq ft of Palliser offices as well as leased office space. It is a combination of carpet and hard surfaces for flooring.
Daily cleaning
10 washrooms
6 staff lunch rooms
2400 sq ft of floors that require yearly deep scrubbing and waxing
Approximately 520 linear feet x 55” tall windows to clean outside / inside twice a year
Regular daily cleaning Monday to Friday between 3:30pm & 12:00 am
Weekend cleaning after rentals - cleaning to start 1 hr after rentals end
Equipment supplied by owner (regular maintenance by contractor )
Consumables supplied by owner (inventory levels maintained by contractor)
Criminal record checks must be supplied for all employees who will be cleaning in the building .
Photo ID badges will be supplied by Palliser.
