2115MT - Disability Management Modernization Solution

The objective of this RFI is to gather information on disability management solutions that are available in the marketplace to manage our internal disability management program. The solution would include, but not be limited to, identifying when employees are hitting thresholds relating to sick leave, tracing short and long term and modified work, identifying the nature of the injury, managing documents and workflow, managing security and providing reports. This solution may be further expanded to manage ergonomic assessments, health and safety incidents, and other health, safety, and environment capabilities in the future.
