Description

Columbia Basin Trust is seeking proposals from a qualified individual(s) and/or firm to create a commemorative history book about Columbia Power Corporation. The Successful Proponent(s) will oversee project development and strategy, writing, editing, photography procurement, graphic design, book layout and publishing aspects from conception to final printed hard copy book.
