22TDRPAR8030 - Alberta Parks Northwest Region Design and Build of Campground Playgrounds

The Northwest Region of Alberta Parks is planning to replace four playground facilities within four different parks in the region, Figure 8 Provincial Recreation Area, Queen Elizabeth Provincial Park, Marten River Campground in Slave Lake Provincial Park, and Hilliard’s Bay Provincial Park. The current facilities are on average between 20-30 years old and do not meet current Playground Safety Standards. Alberta Parks is looking to replace these facilities and make them into either a nature play facility or a mixture of traditional and nature play. The successful consultant will be responsible for consulting with Alberta Parks and supplying designs that meet Alberta Parks expectations for
each playground. Once the designs are approved, the consultant shall be responsible for supplying the necessary subcontractors and overseeing the construction of each playground.
