St. Thomas University invites proposals for the supply and delivery of mini fridges equivalent to the Danby model # DAR026A1BDD for three residence buildings located throughout campus located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada.

Delivery: FOB, tailgate delivery is required to the following locations 40 fridges to Holy Cross House at 845 Montgomery Street, Fredericton New Brunswick, 114 fridges to Harrington Hall at 55 Dineen Drive Fredericton New Brunswick and 116 fridges to Vanier Hall at 63 Dineen Drive, Fredericton New Brunswick.
Delivery to be coordinated with University 48hours in advance of delivery. Delivery to be no later than August 13, 2021.

Bidders will submit electronic proposals in their entirety and scanned to procurement@stu.ca prior to the tender closing time.
A person submitting a proposal may amend their proposal subsequent to the deposit of the proposal and prior to the proposal closing time by sending a scanned copy of the signed letter of amendment to procurement@stu.ca
