See the following quiries and corresponding clarifications.

Question #1
Section 9 F states a single point lubrication system supplied by LINCOLN. Would an alternate brand of lubrication system be accepted?

Answer: Our users have indicated a preference for the LINCOLN system so bidders who are able to supply that system will be given preference. That being said, our tender is designed in such a way that you may still bid but indicate on the specifications sheet the non-compliance and give the explanation in the space provided.

Question #2
In section 7 G it asks for a reverse spinner with a timer. What would be the particulars on the timer, for example, how long would it run for?

Answer: This is something that would rarely be used, and the timer is to assure that the operator doesn't forget to return the spinner to normal operation. It would be a push button time delay switch, approx. 1 minute.

Quotations are requested for the supply & delivery of one new, not previously used, not necessarily current year, 52,000 GVW truck complete with plow, wing, sander, dump box, and related equipment.
