INVITATION TO TENDER

Electronic PDF Tenders, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of the above works which consist of approximately of replacing ten (10) existing gravity sewer services, from the existing sanitary sewer main to the property line, including sweeps, couplings, bends, roadway/driveway restorations, granular sub-base and base, asphalt base and seal restoration, concrete curb and sidewalk restoration, topsoil and sod restoration and all related work, will be received until 2:00 p.m.,

Tender opening method:

A public opening of tenders will take place at the Greater Shediac Sewerage Commission offices immediately following the close of the tendering period. No award will be made at the tender opening. COVID-19 safety protocols will be enforced.

Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Crown Construction Act, Regulation 82-109 amended.

A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum made payable to the Greater Shediac Sewerage Commission must accompany each tender.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
