1.0 General Information
The City of Beaumont (the City) invites Proponents to submit a formal proposal, in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for:

One (1) Fire Service Training Structure

Only interested parties with proven experience and qualifications for the fabrication, construction, and installation of such a structure will be considered. Quality of product, proponent performance, delivery, and other factors, will be taken into consideration in the evaluation of this RFP.

This structure is intended to be used for training municipal firefighters. Training that will be conducted will include but not be limited to:

• Live Fire Evolutions
• Search and Rescue (above, on, and below grade)
• Laddering
• Firefighter Self-Rescue; and
• Vertical and Horizontal Ventilation

This structure should be built to sustain hours of use in both cold and hot interior and exterior environments.
