Description

The Nova Scotia Community College is requesting responses from qualified Proponents for the following services for the NSCC Lunenburg Campus, 75 High Street, Bridgewater, Nova Scotia:
1. Design build of a new Solar PV System
2. The Services from Section 1.1 may include any work and/or consultation associated with assessment, estimating, planning, design development, building codes, energy auditing, associated engineering services, contract administration, construction, inspections and commissioning.
3. The intent of this RFP is to obtain the various services in Section 1.1 for NSCC’s New Solar PV System requirements for the NSCC Lunenburg Campus. This expertise and services will be provided to the NSCC Department of Facilities and Engineering for the NSCC Lunenburg Campus, 75 High Street, Bridgewater, Nova Scotia.

SITE ASSESSMENT
.1 There are two Non-Mandatory virtual bidder’s meeting’s Scheduled for May 19, 2021 at 11:00am and May 18, 2021 at 11:00am. Bidders are asked register for the meeting time, and a link for the meeting shall be provided. Interested Bidders should make every effort to attend the Bidders meeting to ensure they understand the scope of work.

.2 Any individual entering an NSCC facility to view an area of Work will be required to wear appropriate PPE, including but not necessarily limited to, the use of masks/respirators, gloves, safety footwear, and high visibility vests.
