E-COMM's purpose in issuing this Request for Qualification ("RFQ") is to obtain information on qualified vendors, their services and pricing, with the intention of establishing a list of two (2) pre-qualified contractors ("Qualified Contractors") to provide professional engineering services for E-COMM.
