Description

The University of Alberta is inviting General Contractors with proven experience successfully completing Work on new construction of specialty building projects to submit a Proposal for the Diwan Project, located at the University of Alberta Botanical Garden. The General Contractor will be acting as Prime Contractor, as defined and having the meaning ascribed to it in the Occupational Health and Safety Act of Alberta, and shall be designated as Prime Contractor, as defined in the General Conditions of Construction, unless stated otherwise in the Supplementary General Conditions of Construction.
