Expected scope of Work includes, but is not limited to:
• Replacement of existing air handling units in O101, and the make-up air units in O102, O103, O105, O106
and O108, with a factory package air-handling unit with variable flow, redundant fans and speed drives,
chilled glycol cooling coils, hot glycol heating coils .
• Conversion from a constant volume system to variable air volume with re-heat and conversion of kitchen
exhaust systems (Culinary arts and Food Services) to demand ventilation.
• Provide mechanical infrastructure for O101 replacement to convert steam to glycol and chilled water to chilled
glycol. Convert constant volume dual duct air systems to single duct variable volume.
• Fully utilize waste heat recovery from central refrigeration rack systems.
• Replacing O201 with central station air system with a roof top wet air handler (glycol heating and cooling)
• Provide mechanical infrastructure to connect to existing heating glycol and cooling glycol systems in
mechanical room E005.
• Associated electrical, structural, and architectural services to support upgrades.
• Replace O Building roof including the vapor retardant, air barriers, insulation, membrane system, and metal
flashings.
• Remediate hazardous materials associated to building system upgrade and roof replacement
