Description

The City seeks a qualified consultant to first complete literature, industry & market research on air sealing best practices and available products, services and costs.

This research will then facilitate an actual in-home pilot case study, in which we will offer up to 10 (with the option for future expansion) existing ground-oriented homes such as single family, duplex, townhouses in Vancouver (with the future option to expand across the Lower Mainland pending additional partners) to participate and test the currently available air sealing options.
