Description

Technical Safety BC's objective in issuing this Request to Qualify and Quote ("RQQ") is to identify prospective qualified vendors capable of providing:
·Expertise in portfolio management, agile portfolio management, agile portfolio governance
·Expertise in resource planning and capture for projects
·Expertise in adapting project resource planning approaches for organization size (fit-for-org)
·Expertise in scaling project resource planning approaches for project size (fit-for-purpose)
