PROFPLAN - PROFESSIONAL PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

The Town is located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. The Town is seeking a qualified Consultant to provide professional planning services, under a standing offer agreement, for a three year term, inclusive. There will be an option to extend this contract with the mutual agreement of both parties. Services to be provided will include, and may not be limited to, subdivision review, land use amendment review, land use bylaw implementation support, Municipal Planning Strategy implementation support, discretionary development permit review, Utility and Review Board (URB) assistance, and mentoring of Planning and Development Staff. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for interested professional planning firms to prepare and submit a formal response to this request in accordance with the requirements outlined within. Submitted information will be reviewed by the Town and evaluated to select a firm to assist the Town in the growth and management of their Planning and Development function.
