Description

The Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia is requesting proposals for the following:

(a) Sage upgrade
(i) web based
(ii) on premises
(b) Sage technical support as required
(c) Sage training as required
(d) Consultation relating to future functionality or upgrades of Sage
(e) Consultation relating to improving current processes relating to lost, cancelled, reversed and re-issued cheques, payments, data and other information
(f) Designing reports in Sage as required
(g) Any other Sage related tasks as required 5
(h) Separate quote for a Sage document management system – secure archiving, data capture, invoices, packing slips, invoice authorization, set up, consultation and implementation support.
(i) Separate quote for a Sage budget and forecast system - secure archiving, data capture, set up, consultation and implementation support. (j) All technical upgrade and support will be done through WCB Information Technology Services (ITS) Resources. All Screen sharing will be done though a WCB ITS Resource.
