Description

Forestry Innovation Investment Ltd. (FII) seeks to establish a qualified supplier list for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) services with respect to FII's program activities that may include:
·Gathering data, reviewing, analysing, and advising on FII's programs and policies using a
Gender-Based Analysis+ (GBA+) framework.
·Advising and supporting FII in further incorporating DEI principles into its policies and
programs.
·Facilitating DEI/ GBA+ consultations with FII staff and key stakeholders.
·Delivering training on topics pertaining to DEI as well as GBA+ analysis.
·Strategic consultation and training on topics pertaining to First Nations and Indigenous
engagement.
·Supporting the development of FII corporate documents, reporting and presentations
pertaining to DEI and GBA+ topics.
·Providing strategic advice on advancing DEI-related topics across international markets
and cultural groups.
·Conducting research, analysis and third-party consultations pertaining to DEI/ GBA+
considerations in the forestry sector and other topics as required.
