Fraser Health Authority ("FHA") has issued this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for the purpose of requesting Proposals from Proponents for the provision of Pharmacy Services ("Services") for both East and South Community Residential Emergency Short-Stay Treatment programs ("CRESST").
