A PRE-BID SITE MEETING is scheduled for TUESDAY, JULY 6, 2021 AT 2 P.M. - ATLANTIC TIME, at the MONCTON COLISEUM, located at 377 KILLAM DRIVE., MONCTON, N.B (meet at the back of the Coliseum, Door #15) to review and discuss the scope of work. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to have a representative present at this meeting, as no subsequent meetings will be arranged.
Potential Bidders are to provide qualified staff with arc flash PPE to open the energized switchgear to collect exact measurements of existing conduit floor entry point locations and to ensure existing site conditions are accommodated.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, all visitors will be required to wear a face mask IN ANY City of Moncton facility. As well, we are asking anyone who plans to attend the site meeting to advise Rob Melanson, Buyer via email (see Article 5.2) of how many staff will be attending the site meeting.

SCOPE OF WORK:
This contract includes the supply and delivery of new Medium Voltage Switch gear and distribution including but not limited to the following equipment (see plans for more information)for Phase 1B at the Moncton Coliseum.
1. Medium voltage section Agrena Switch `A'.
2. Medium voltage section Main Switch `B'.
3. Medium voltage section Coliseum Switch `C'.
4. 12.47kv-347/600v, 3 phase, 4 wire enclosed transformer.
5. 347/600, 3 phase, 4 wire distribution sections.
6. Utility metering section.
7. Customer digital metering.
8. Required transition sections.
9. Supply and delivery of TV#1 panel and TV#2 panels.
10. Extended warranty on supplied equipment as indicated.
11. Supply and delivery of 15kV connectors and stress cones for cables connecting to MV-SEB switchgear.
12. Prior to order, supplier shall provide field services to measure exact dimensions of under slab conduit and ensure conduit entrance locations are suitable for new equipment.
