Description

The City is seeking proposals for a comprehensive and "integration-ready" Enterprise Asset Management System, that provides for the accounting of tangible capital assets under the Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS) 3150 along with a Capital Renewal Planning the Asset Management Decision Support Tool, with related professional services to configure, implement and provide ongoing support of the proposed solution.

The term of the resulting agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years with options in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for additional term of up to ten (10) years. Duration of extension term will be at the sole discretion of the City.
