Description of the Requirement:
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Task Based Professional Services, specifically one (1) Senior Project Manager (Level 3) and three (3) Senior Business Analysts (Level 3) to support the Director of Human Resource Business and Information Systems (DHRBIS) for the successful development and implementation of concrete measures to address redundancy in processes and procedures as well as the delivery of new Human Resource (HR) capabilities that will decrease the impact on employees pay related issues. It is intended to result in the award of up to (4) contracts for approximately two (2) years, plus one (1) one-year irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

Proposed Period of Contract :
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract to two (2) years later, plus 1 (one) one (1)-year irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated levels of effort are 220 days per year per resource.
