PURPOSE:

As part of the 2022 Capital Works program, the City of Moncton requires the completion of the engineering design and to oversee the construction of the Street Reconstruction No. 4 project. The project areas include Oulton Street from Shediac Road to Storey Road East and Marlboro Court from Oulton Street to Storey Road East, and the other areas are Roy Brown Street from Halifax Street to Barker Street and Alcock Street from Halifax Street to Barker Street. (See Figure 1, 2 & 3 in Appendix C -
Project Area and Existing Infrastructure for Street Reconstruction No.4)
