Description

The Integrated Infrastructure Services Department (IIS) is responsible for the provision of project management services for various infrastructure projects, ranging from investigations, minor repairs to major rehabilitation and new construction for various asset types including facilities, open spaces and transportation. (the “Projects”).

The scope of work required for this Standing Arrangement encompasses Project Management Services for assigned projects. The scope of services will vary, however, most projects will be completed in two phases based on the City’s Project Development and Delivery Model (“PDDM”).
