THIS WILL BE THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY FOR REVIEW OF EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT AND INFRASTRUCTURE- BUILDINGS DIVISION REPRESENTATIVES AND ALL THE CONSULTANTS PRESENT AND AVAILABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ARISING FROM THE REVIEW OF THE SITE AND THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
