Description

This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) seeks proposals from qualified consulting firms specializing in higher education consulting engagement to review & assess current CRM in place, develop and support a roadmap for the implementation of an enterprise CRM solution at the BCIT. This multiphase roadmap would be achievable over a 3 year program lifecycle.
