Description

This PQR is being issued subsequent to the PQR for E-Learning Design and Developer Services issued on November 5, 2020 to pre-qualify additional Proponents. The Province reserves the right to update the Standing Offer List of Pre-Qualified Contractors at any time. Pre-Qualified Contractors that are already on the Standing Offer List will remain on the Standing Offer List and will not need to submit a new Proposal in response to this PQR.
Proponents are invited to submit Proposals for the opportunity to compete for the provision of Services in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set out in this PQR.
This competitive procurement will be conducted in accordance with one fundamental objective: to maximize the benefit to the Province while offering Proponents a fair and equitable opportunity to participate.
Proponents are advised to pay careful attention to the wording used throughout this PQR. Failure to satisfy any term, condition or mandatory requirement of this PQR may result in rejection of the Proposal.
