Description

The Town of Canmore (the “Town”) is seeking Proposals to provide Pest Control Services for twenty-one (21) buildings. Monthly exterior and interior pest control for various buildings located in the Town of Canmore.

• Provide rodent, insect and bird control services as required for each building.
• Insect nest removal as needed (e.g., wasps, bees, ants)
• Bats colony & bird nests prevention/removal as required
• Provide all equipment, supplies, product and trained skilled labour necessary to fulfill all
requirements.
• Upon notification, the proponent maybe required to perform emergency pest control required in any building, area, or room at a predetermined rate covered under this contract.
• Products must comply with local regulations.
• Preference to humane pest control methods
