Description

The Office of the Child and Youth Advocate (OCYA) requires independent professional contractors to conduct file reviews. File reviews are required for OCYA’s Advocacy Services and the Legal Representation for Children and Youth (LRCY) program. The file reviews help the OCYA to evaluate the effectiveness and the quality of services provided by the Advocates and the LRCY Roster Lawyers. File review information is used to determine whether program standards and performance measures are met and to assist us to continuously improve our services to vulnerable young people.

The OCYA is looking to contract with a maximum of 3 individuals to conduct file reviews from approximately November 1, 2021, to October 21, 2023. File reviewers must be willing to accept files for both Advocacy Services and the LRCY program.
