12695 - Request for Proposals Development Consultant

ʔaq̓am community has been selected under the BC Housing Community Housing Fund to pursue the development of 20 units of housing and a central shared community space. The project aims to close the housing gap faced in the ʔaq̓am community after not having any new housing for the last 30 years. The housing units will provide affordable, energy efficient and culturally appropriate housing for elders to age in place, youth aging out of care and young families and community. ʔaq̓am's partners Roots to Roofs community development society will work with the Development consultant and ʔaq̓am throughout the project ensuring all outside funding and community goals are met.
