Description

Only Architectural firms prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care projects greater than $2M may respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm not already prequalified for Acute Care projects greater than $2M .
Sub-Consulting firms (including Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural,) shall be selected from the Authority's Pre-qualified Engineers list.

***Site Visit***

The Authority has arranged a site visit for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. The date and time of site visit(s) are as noted below:

Date: Tuesday, September 14th
Time: 10:00 am Local Time
Meeting Location: RICHMOND HOSPITAL MAIN ENTRANCE - ILICH PAVILION (GREEN ZONE)

Due to limited accessible time at the existing MRI space, a second site visit will be arranged the following day, upon request, from the interested proponents. The date and time for the second visit are as noted below:

Time: 07:00 am Local Time
