Service Alberta, the enterprise service provider for the GoA, is in the midst of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation initiative. Part of this transformation includes a cross-GoA Process Review and Renewal (PRR) initiative.

The Province requires the Services of an experienced Contractor to:
a) continue PRR work; and
b) support the GoA in the successful implementation and adoption of 1GX. These 1GX support services will not include any services that are Accenture’s responsibility under the 1GX contract # C1197.
The Province requires the Services as set out in Appendix B to this RFP. The term of the Contract will be one (1) year, with the Province having the option of extending the Contract for one or more terms up to a maximum of twelve (12) additional months on the same terms and conditions including pricing.
