Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to supply, install and provide training for a QSC amplifier, audio network as well as upgrades to the current audio system

Time slot 1: September 28 - 10:00am -12:00pm
Time slot 2: September 28 - 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Time slot 3: September 29 - 10:00am-12:00pm
Time slot 4: September 29 - 1:00 pm– 3:00pm

To receive location details for the Proponents’ Meeting and Site Visit and to receive the Proponent’s Package, Proponents must complete the Proponent Registration Form form and submit by return email to: Procurement, prior to the Mandatory Virtual Proponent Meeting date. Please state “RFP # VC22-247-P – VCC Amplifier and Audio Network Upgrade” in the subject line.
