Description

The intent is to develop a strategy that provides strategic direction and framework for ensuring high quality recreation and culture programs, services and investment in existing and new infrastructure for the next 12 years. The strategy will define sustainable service levels, improve geographic distribution across the City, address inequities/barriers to service, and plan for investment in recreation and culture infrastructure.
The purpose of this project is to develop a recreation and culture strategy for the City of Grande Prairie including an implementation plan with short, mid, and long-term priorities to ensure that the City has operational alignment, timelines and resourcing to action its strategic priorities.
