Description

Following Request for Qualification #189-10/18 Pre-Qualification Heritage Restoration Contractors and Re-Opening #175-08/20, only the following pre-qualified General Contractors will be invited to tender this project:

1) Extraordinary League Contracting Ltd.
2) H & S Carpentry Ltd.
3) Niche Installations Ltd.
4) Nuwest Contracting Ltd.
5) Double V Construction Ltd.

An OPTIONAL site visit for this Tender will be held on October 6, 2021 commencing at 12:00 P.M. Tenderers are requested to meet on the front porch of the Mather House located at 6490 Deer Lake Ave, Burnaby, BC V5G 2J3 and should wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and non-medical masks for the duration of the site visit. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic situation, the City requires that visitors fill out the Attachment O - COVID-19 Site Visit Questionnaire prior to attending the site visit and email to purchasing
