The Procurement Department of the New Brunswick Community College (hereinafter referred to as NBCC or the College) will coordinate the Request for Tender process for "EXTERIOR LIGHTING INSTALLATION SERVICES PROJECT # SJ-21-01" on behalf of the New Brunswick Community College - Facility and Ancillary Services for the NBCC Saint John Campus.

Respondents may submit their Tender response by email (preferred), or by Courier/Standard Postal delivery with the Tender number in the subject line. Tenders must be received, in full, prior to 2:00 p.m. (14:00), AST, on the closing date specified above. Late proposals for any reason will not be accepted and will be returned to the Respondent.
Please be advised that Canada Post delivers to NBCC typically around 1:30 pm daily.
If submitting paper hard copies, your Tender reply is to be submitted in a sealed package with the correct Tender Number and Closing Date clearly marked on the front. Tenders received without this information will be rejected by NBCC Procurement.
All bids MUST be stated in Canadian currency. Sales taxes should not be included in the unit, extended or total prices.
No obligation to enter into a contract with any company is expressed or implied.
