Description

The City of Burnaby invites tenders from Pre-Qualified General Contractors to perform work to construct the Fraser Foreshore Park Washroom located at 4565 Tillicum Street, Burnaby, B.C., for a stipulated price remuneration

Only the following Pre-qualified General Contractors will be invited to tender this Project.

1. Heatherbrae Builders Co. Ltd.
2. Canadian Turner Construction Company Ltd.
3. Holaco Construction (1997) Ltd.
4. PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc.
5. Scott Special Projects Ltd.
6. Kinetic Construction Ltd.
7. EllisDon Corporation

An optional site tour has been arranged to begin at 09:30 AM on October 13th, 2021, at the site located at 4565 Tillicum Street, Burnaby, BC to visit and examine the works. The Prequalified General Contractors or their agents shall meet at the corner of Tillicum Street and Fraser Park Drive located at 4565 Tillicum Street and register their presence with the Consultant at the site tour stating the name of the contractor they represent. Attendees are required to complete Appendix F - COVID-19 Site Visit Questionnaire and email the completed form to purchasing least one (1) day prior to the site tour date.
