NOTICE TO VENDORS
Upcoming Procurement Opportunity

BCNET is providing potential procurement opportunity with early notice on the following forthcoming scheduled project for advertising on BCBid.

BCNET is looking for a proponent who will:
1. Be responsible for managing all phases of the project from developing the site in Drupal's current platform to deployment of the new site, including working with the BCNET team to understand business goals, gathering requirements, creating BCNET's respective content site maps and areas, undertaking department staff training, and providing quality assurance and testing, as needed;
2. Take in the design and development of the BCNET website which are considered visually and functionally engaging by BCNET and designed based on metrics of current website visitor behaviour and expected goals;
3. Design and develop the BCNET website to conform the list of functional requirements;

The project is estimated to begin in December 2021 with the estimated completion date of development phase in October 2022.
