COLESON COVE GENERATING STATION
BID BOND OR BID SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 5% IS REQURIED
Mandatory Site Visits on October 14, 2021 at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM
Bidders must pre-register with Mike Smith at MSmith@nbpower.com - See Section 11 - Site Conditions and Investigations of Tender Document for complete details.

NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19
The parties acknowledge that the obligations of each party from time to time to meet certain terms and conditions of this Contract may be impeded by the COVID-19 pandemic and related issues. The parties agree to act in good faith by making all reasonable accommodations as the circumstances of the pandemic may require and each party will exercise reasonable efforts to comply with this Contract notwithstanding the effect of the pandemic. No party will require or encourage any person acting on
its behalf to violate the terms of any public health directive or to perform any act which would place such person at a material risk of contracting the COVID-19 virus.
Tender bids and addendums shall be submitted to NB Power via email to AllTenders@nbpower.com. Email bidding details are attached in the 'Attachments Exist' folder for this tender. No paper will be accepted.
There will be no public tender openings.
The successful tenderer will be required to subscribe to the Contractor Information Management System (www.isnetworld.com). For more information please see the requirements set out in the Safety/Safety Regulations of this tender.

Il y aura deux (2) réunions obligatoires sur le site. La première réunion aura lieu le 14 octobre 2021, à 10 h. La deuxième réunion aura lieu le 14 octobre 2021, à 14 h.

Les parties conviennent d'agir de bonne foi en prenant toutes les mesures d'adaptation raisonnables que les circonstances de la pandémie peuvent exiger et chaque partie fera des efforts raisonnables pour se conformer au présent contrat nonobstant l'effet de la pandémie. Aucune partie n'exigera
ou n'encouragera une personne agissant en son nom à violer les termes d'une directive de la santé publique ou à accomplir un acte qui exposerait cette personne à un risque matériel de contracter la maladie à coronavirus COVID-19.
Les soumissions et les addenda doivent être soumis à Énergie NB par courriel à AllTenders@nbpower.com. Les détails pour présenter votre appel d'offres par courriel sont joints dans le dossier «#pièces jointes existantes#» pour cet appel d'offres. Aucune soumission par copie papier ne sera acceptée.
