**ADDENDUM 1 POSTED - November 8th, 2021 - Questions & Answers**

The purpose of this (RFP) is to select proponent(s) to supply PPE Safety supplies, to maintain adequate inventory stock levels at ECSD’s facility warehouse. Proponent(s) are to submit pricing to include all charges. This RFP is intended to provide proponent(s) with information such that the pricing included in any proposal will accurately reflect the requirements of ECSD with respect to:

• Description and requirements of the proposal preparation and submission process;
• ECSD's evaluation criteria and method in reviewing proposals;
• Key dates related to this RFP;
