Develop a report analyzing the inventory of Canmore’s retail market, its trade area, retail leakage and opportunities into the future, and conduct a light industrial and commercial needs assessment that looks to complete a supply and demand analysis, looking at the industrial and commercial land inventory, and provide guidance and recommendations towards an industrial and commercial lands strategy.
