Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. Wastewater Treatment (WWT) and Water Treatment (WT) require the Supplier to complete as-needed preventive maintenance work for high voltage, over 750V, electrical distribution assets. In addition, the Supplier will be expected to complete as-needed high voltage electrical work within WWT and WT. This work may include the supply of required parts, components, or equipment.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The highest rated proponent will be requested to enter an Agreement with The City for the provision of the Deliverables. The term of the Agreement may include a Proof of Concept, with an option in favour of The City to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an initial term of up to one (1) years. After the initial term, The City will have an option to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for five (5) additional one (1) year terms for a potential total term of six (6) years.
